Security

We do not store payment card information anywhere in our organisation. Credit card details are taken over the phone and entered directly into our card reader machine. Our card reader is on a dedicated secure encrypted connection to our payment service provider Elavon which is regularly scanned to ensure that it remains secure.

We never transfer, sell, lease, or loan your contact details to any other organisation. We will contact you only for the purpose of arranging, delivering, monitoring and taking payment for the service requested by you.

How long we retain your data

Your address and contact details (phone number and email address) are held on our computer systems solely for the purpose of carrying out your assembly request. They are retained on-line until no longer required for accounting and administrative purposes (typically up to 18 months).

Thereafter they may be archived off-line until no longer required for taxation purposes (typically 7 years) on a hard disc system that is never connected to the internet.

What rights you have over your data

If you have submitted information about yourself to FAS Ltd, you can request to receive an exported file of the data we hold about you. You can request that we erase any personal data we hold about you, but this does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. You may request us to amend any data we hold about you that is incorrect.

Where we send your data

Your data is only held by FAS Ltd within offices in the UK, which are subject to the current General Data Protection legislation.
