What if I find damaged or missing parts on delivery?

If this is found at the time of delivery, notify the driver.  Also notify the retailer so that they can replace damaged or missing parts.  FAS do not carry spares and cannot be held responsible for damage caused before assembly.

Who are the FAS Team?

When and how do I pay FAS?

We accept personal cheques, cash and major credit and debit cards paid to the assembler on completion of the job. Cheques are to be made payable to FAS Ltd.

What are your opening hours?

Our Head office is open from 8.00am until 10pm 7 days a week (Monday through Sunday) – we are ready and waiting to hear from you. Use our answer phone outside these hours. Assemblies are normally carried out during normal business hours but can be scheduled for evenings and weekends.

How much does it cost?

Our prices start at just £36 including VAT.  They are calculated using historical assembly times, accumulated over thousands of similar past assemblies.  The exact price depends on your requirements, so please contact us on 0800 090 1335 for a no-obligation fixed-price quotation today.

To cover the costs of the assembler coming to your home, there will be a small supplementary charge on your bill.  The price we quote you will include this charge, so there are no hidden extras.

Place an order, refer a friend and receive £15 cashback.

Are prices inclusive of VAT?

Yes, VAT is automatically included in our prices.

Are you taking on Assemblers?

Yes we always need to improve our service to our customers particularly where we have a gap in the service map such as Northern Ireland.  Please see our Join the FAS Team page.
